New building and rooms with a nice view. Had central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV. Location right by the City centre as well as the Killesberg Park.

A double room with a nice view has basic facilities you need. The location is nice and personnel is exceptionally attentive!

Communication issues with the front desk staff were frustrating. During check-in, I encountered delays.

the whole experience was good, no complaints, recommend. that was good modern and well-equipped hotel set in local area, just next door to the city center, the supermarkets and the subway station and the killesberg park and weissenhofsiedlung. the location was nice, close to a dynamic theatre.

But, who knew I needed to summon a kettle for tea? Housekeeping barged in without so much as a polite knock-yikes!
